Our documentaries focus on telling stories rather than laying down
cold hard facts. We look for new angles that put a different spin on familiar subjects, aiming to create intimate portraits
that engage the viewer. Throughout the production process we remain flexible and pragmatic to ensure the smoothest
transition of people's stories to the screen.
Previous projects have focused on contemporary arts stories, although future programming is set to include current affairs
documentaries and online docu-soaps. The examples listed below are just some of the stories we've covered to date.
Fragments & Echoes

Set against the historical backdrop of the Rhondda Heritage Park, dance impresario Chris Tudor
directs a celebration of the spirit and culture of the South Wales valleys. Seven performances are presented in an outdoor
spectacular that pays tribute to industry, history and learning.

A straight-to-DVD documentary that focused on the members of Bridgend County Youth Theatre in South Wales during their
production of the hit musical
Singin' in the Rain. Featuring in-depth interviews with the cast and crew during a "boot camp"
rehearsal week and an exclusive look at the design and choreography of the show's big finale. Narrated by Cerys John and produced
for a limited run.
It's My Shout

A three-part documentary serial following a scheme in South Wales that introduces young people to the film industry via their
own short film productions. The programme shadowed the project from auditions right up to the films' premiere. Featuring the voice talents
of Rob Brydon, Owen Teale and Lauren Phillips; a co-production with Unit 15 Productions for ITV Wales.
Behind the Line

A Chorus Line for the Cardiff International Festival of Musical
Theatre. The documentary explored the making of the musical from the earliest rehearsals until opening night. Narrated by Cerys John,
